Bishop Lynch High School received some major updates to it’s 50-year-old campus. In 2011, the school began it’s multi-phase renovation and expansion.
The design for the school’s improvements included a locker room renovation, an expansion of the athletics and arts complex and an expansion of the academic wing.
Students utilize the new program spaces such as the 1,500-seat competition gymnasium, band hall, dance studio, and new art studios in the Leyden Arts & Athletics Complex. New administrative support spaces, science labs, core academic classrooms, a conference room, and digital media center were part of the West side expansion.
SCHMIDT & STACY® designed the mechanical, electrical and plumbing for all phases. Additionally, we provided LEED® commissioning services, which is still under review.
