The River North Arts District in Denver, Colorado has an upcoming mixed-use apartment building called Wynkoop. This 11-story tower includes 392 residential units, with retail and restaurants on the ground level.
Residents can enjoy the fourth-floor amenity space that includes an outdoor kitchen, fire pit and rooftop pool providing breathtaking views of the mountains.
Wynkoop is not the only new development in the area. A new concert venue, boutique hotel and office building will soon be joining Wynkoop as part of a greater master plan.
