Introducing the East Quarter in Dallas. This historic downtown Dallas neighborhood recently got a major makeover and a new name.
Located at the corner Cesar Chavez Boulevard and Commerce Street, a new mixed-use development is uniquely designed around the nearly 100-year-old Meletio building.
Spanning 20 stories high, the building includes office, retail and restaurant space and residences with a variety of amenities throughout the building. Residents can enjoy the eighth floor amenity deck with private bar, cabanas, and infinity pool offering sweeping views of downtown.
SCHMIDT & STACY® provided the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design for the new development. This project was completed with Merriman Anderson Architects and Todd Interests.
In addition to the 20-story tower, 18 other buildings are currently being renovated as part of historical renovation project in the neighborhood.
