Dallas’ Victory Park neighborhood opened a new development called Victory Park – Block G, also known as The 23.
The 23-level mixed-use tower is unlike any others of its kind. With 285 luxury apartments, each resident will have gorgeous views of the Dallas skyline and access to multiple amenities. Located on level eight, residents can find the outdoor sun deck, spa pool, and premium fitness center.
Other features include over 20,000 square feet of ground-level retail space and a multi-level, eight-screen movie theater on top of the six-level parking garage called Cineopolis.
