Debuting in 2009, The Shops Park Lane is a mixed-use development spanning five city blocks full of upscale retail shopping, restaurants, and residences. The development sits on 33-acres offering an unparalleled environment between the Park Lane DART station and NorthPark Mall.
SCHMIDT & STACY® designed the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing for the project. The buildings are interconnected
by common duct banks for data, communications, fire alarm, building management, cable, and promotional programs. The cooling for each block is supplied by a central plant with an underground distribution of condenser water.
This project included multiple drawing packages including site underground, site lighting, and power, building underfloor, pricing, and construction.
