A new development is wrapping up construction on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas.
The unique design incorporates a restaurant space and outdoor dining area nestled against a preserved piece of a historic flood wall. The tiered-style building opens up the fourth floor to an amenity deck featuring a pool and pet park for the residents.
The upper floors accommodate 63 residential units with remarkable views of downtown San Antonio.

With Austin-based firm Rhode:Partners leading the team, the 43 million dollar project is set to open in the spring of 2023.
