The University of St. Augustine Health Sciences Building occupies the lower level of Buliding 4 at Riverside Commons in Las Colinas.
The renovation included upgrades to many learning spaces including multiple classrooms, learning labs and faculty offices.
In partnership with Interprise Design, SCHMIDT & STACY® provided the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering design services for the interior finish-out project.
