West Coast University recently opened it’s new Richardson campus, relocating from their spot in Uptown, Dallas. The new facility more than doubles their space at 140,000 square-feet.
Across three-floors, this major renovation project included adding all the necessary spaces to create the newest university healthcare campus. Level-one includes core admission spaces involving financial aid, career services and an on-site cafe. Level-two houses a state-of-the-art simulation center, featuring multiple practice labs, large classrooms, library and study areas. Level-three has core academic spaces and additional labs, which are currently being renovated.
Our work included providing engineering design services for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and fire protection for the entire building.
