Completed in two phases, Phase I features a 650,000 SF high-rise hotel consisting of 150 single-family residences and 250 Guest Rooms. Additionally, SCHMIDT & STACY® provided the MEP engineering design for a 20,000 SF ballroom, restaurants, and a full-service spa & fitness center. Phase II consists of an adjacent residential high-rise tower, approximately 240,000 SF, including a cigar bar, wine room, and hotel amenities.
