In 2018, construction began on Las Colina’s newest medical office complex. SCHMIDT & STACY® partnered with BokaPowell on the project to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering design services for the core & shell and interior finish-out.
The core & shell consists of 70,000 square-feet & three stories. Our finish-out scope includes the 2nd & 3rd floors UT Southwestern occupies. The office features multiple exam rooms, doctor offices, lab and blood draw areas, x-ray and procedure rooms to help service UTSW clinics:
