In 2016, the Lubbock City Hall building began a major renovation, taken down to the core framework and remodeled into a modern office to service the public officials of the City of Lubbock.
The 11-Story Office Tower houses more than 450 employees across all departments including Public Works, Purchasing, Human Resources, & Parks & Recreation.
Multiple building amenities round out the office tower to provide a community-oriented workspace: flexible offices & break areas, dining cafe, coffee bar & outdoor patio.
SCHMIDT & STACY® teamed with Perkins+Will on this project, providing engineering design services for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
