In 2017, The Town of Westlake moved into Building 7at the Terrance of Solana Campus.
To help make the space functional, SCHMIDT & STACY® teamed with Perkins+Will on this project. We provided engineering design services for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing to help complete to finish-out.
The building houses council chambers, the municipal court, meeting spaces, and offices for the municipal team and community cafe.
Building 7 sits on the far west end of campus, overlooking a courtyard where employees can enjoy the fire pit, hammocks and outdoor games.
