SCHMIDT & STACY® provided the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering design services for multiple tenants at The Crescent Offices & at The Crescent Hotel & spa.
Most recently, we provided MEP updates to the hotel lobby, guestrooms and the atrium area as part of their $12M renovation.
The Crescent holds a special place at SCHMIDT & STACY® as it’s our CEO, Dave Schmidt’s first ground up project after college. We are proud to partner with leadership to continue to provide engineering design services.
