Situated on PGA’s Frisco Campus is the new Northern Texas PGA Headquarters Building, named after Dr. Jerry J. Ransom.
Two buildings were part of this project: The Golf House is a 7,000 SF building with offices and meeting spaces for Section and Foundation Staff.
The Randy Smith and Dr. Bill Blair Who’s Next Pavilion is a 2,500 SF building that will include meeting spaces, workstations, and an indoor hitting bay to help with the NTPGA Foundation’s community outreach and growth of the game programs.
Teaming with O’Brien Architects, SCHMIDT & STACY® performed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and commissioning services for the building while also providing these same services for the PGA of America Headquarters and PGA Performance Center.
The Northern Texas PGA Headquarters Building is the second completed project on the new PGA Frisco campus which shares a putting and chipping range called “The Ronny”. Also part of the master plan is the 500-room Omni PGA Frisco Resort.
The NTPGA Headquarters is one of 41 sections of the PGA of America and this campus will be the first time the NTPGA will have ownership of its buildings.
