New Orleans, LA

The Church Of Our Lord Jesus Christ on the Loyola Campus was built in the early 1900’s.  Holding a place of reverence and high esteem within the local community, the Church is a significant part of the “front gate” of the Campus.  Our project was to provide Air Conditioning and Heat to the sanctuary without compromising its acoustical, architectural, and aesthetic integrity.  This posed great challenges as true “Mechanical Equipment” rooms or spaces, to route the duct work, do not exist.  Serving as the Prime Consultant, we retained and coordinated the professional services of a Structural Engineer, Acoustical Engineer, and Architect.

Scope of Services:

Mechanical
