Park Lane is a 2.9 million square foot mixed use development with 700,000 square feet of retail, 250,000 square feet of Class A office and 625 high rise residences developed on a 33 acre site.

The development consists of five new blocks of buildings offering an unparalleled
environment of shops and upscale dining. The buildings are interconnected by common duct banks for data, communications, fire alarm, building management, cable and promotional programs. The cooling for each block is supplied by a central plant with underground distribution of condenser water.

This project included multiple drawing packages including: Site underground, site lighting and power, building under floor, pricing and construction.
