The Maggiano’s Restaurant project in Springfield, Virginia is a single story retail project which includes kitchen and a large open restaurant floor plan. The project entails a mechanical design and distribution within the space. Electrical systems included lighting as well as grease exhaust ductwork routing and makeup ductwork routing. Plumbing on this project included utilizing source heat pumps tied into the base building condenser water system.
